What is the order process?

Our shop stops receive orders on every Sundays. We will order on every Mondays. Please place the order and confirm the payment before deadline. The goods will arrive within 7 to 14 working days. Customers need to pay attention to the pre-sale date, and will be notified when the goods arrive. If there are any problems with the order, the processing of the order will delay to next deadline. After order is made successfully, no refund will be given.

How do I pick up the goods?

  • Pick up from store

After the goods arrive, the customer will be notified to pick up the package at specific timeslot. The goods will only be kept for one month, please pick up the goods as soon as possible.

Instructions for picking up goods in SF Smart Cabinets

Customers should note that smart cabinets have volume restrictions and not all shipments can be used. If the smart cabinets are too large to use after packaging, we will contact customers to change the delivery method before shipment, and customers must pay the required extra amount.

After the order is delivered to the designated smart cabinet, the customer will receive a pickup message from the SF smart cabinet. Please go to the smart cabinet and enter the password to pick up the goods within 30 hours after receiving the SMS.

If the customer fails to pick up the item from the smart cabinet within the specified time, the additional cost shall be borne by the customer.

It takes 2-7 days to pick up the items from the smart cabinet. As the supply of smart cabinets in some areas exceeds supply, there may be serious delays, so please be aware of this situation.

Note that the customers must pick up the package within the limited number of days after receiving the “Pick-up Notification”, otherwise the goods will be returned, and we will charge the second shipping and handling fee before arranging to send the goods.

We welcome overseas orders. If there are problems with customs clearance or delays in local aviation, please take the initiative to contact the local customs agency. Please note that international postal services may be delayed due to local postal issues. By Hongkong Post general international mail, depending on the country, the mailing time is about two to three weeks.

What is the currency of settlement for the goods?

All products use Hong Kong Dollars as the final settlement currency.

Does the order price include postage?

  • All Hong Kong buyers have already included the required shipping costs at checkout.
  • Ship by Hong Kong post office or use SF Express service (sent to company/residential/SF station/smart cabinet)

Location outside Hong Kong

The required freight is included in the checkout. Note that overseas mail may be subject to additional tariffs due to the local postal authority. Please check with the local postal authority for details before placing an order.

Can I order if I live overseas?

We welcome overseas orders. If there are problems with customs clearance or delays in local aviation, please take the initiative to contact the local customs agency. In some areas, if there is no air freight, it will be delivered by sea, which will take a little longer.

How do I know if the goods I have purchased have been shipped?

Tracking information will be provided by email after all products are shipped. Note that the delivery to SF Express will only leave the goods for 3 days, and the Hong Kong Post office will leave it for 14 days.

2. Package and send back

Please pack the returned goods in the original packaging used for delivery. If the original packaging has been lost, please use other packaging to cover the original packaging of the goods. Do not let the goods be damaged or exposed. Write your order number and name on extra paper, and after packing them properly, write the following information on the package.

3. Check

23.97 Frame will inspect the product immediately after receiving your return. If the product is damaged or lost, 23.97 Frame may deduct the necessary fee for restoring the product to its original condition and notify you by email of the deduction.

4. Refund

We will check that if there is no other dispute. If you use a credit card to pay, 23.97 Frame will refund to your credit card account. After crediting, the credit will be listed in your bill.

If you use a payment method (ATM) other than credit card, you need to email to info@2397framechannel.com to provide the remittance account information to 23.97 Frame, and 23.97 Frame will return the money by the remittance method.
